The approx. 428 m2 plot offers a nicely maintained and partially fenced pebble garden, parking in front of the property, a covered terrace of approx. 15 m2 and a large roof terrace with sun loungers.

Miscellaneous: Bringing a dog on request (the plot can be secured in the rear area – for possibly a small dog to have it completely fenced). Monthly payments, additional costs for electricity and water with an advance cost flat rate (billing takes place at the end of the rental contract +/-), deposit €1,500 for a rental of 2 - 5 months and beyond that €1,950.

Monthly prices: Winter - Nov-Mar €1,100 and for the adjacent months October and April €1,500. Summer months May, June and September €1,950. Commission depending on duration.

Minimum term 2 months and max. 10 months. From September 2027 also rentable year-round!

The house is ideal for nature lovers as it is embedded in the forest and promises absolute peace (Nov-April). In the shoulder/high season tourism already begins at Cala LLombards. 1 neighbor nearby.

Distances: To the bay approx. 100 m, to Santanyí approx. 5 km and to Palma approx. 57 km.
