Chalet in the countryside with great summer kitchen and small PVC pool in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Cala Mondrago - Santanyi.

The house is located in a protected green zone (no fire may be made) on a fenced plot of about 200 m2. The entrance area has an entrance door and is shared with a direct neighbour; However, each unit has its own private garden area (partially open) which is full of native shrubs and trees (including pines).

It has a great covered large terrace with a furnished summer kitchen which is equipped with a sink, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave and 2 roof fans

Furthermore, it has a parking area, PVC pool of 8 m2 plus 1 outdoor bathroom with shower.

Premises: Ground floor of approx. 80 m2 living space, built in 1980 and renovated in 2023.
It has a living room, a furnished and fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge
3 double bedrooms (2 have a single bed with 1 stand-up wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers and 1 bathroom with shower.

Seasonal rent from 2 - 10 months - but excluding July and August, which the owner is entitled to for € 1,300 per month. Also available for a few months in winter between Nov - April for a monthly. Rental price of 1.100 €. Commission depending on the length of stay.
