Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Mallorca

Your core task:
Central back-office, coordination and control function for the operational support of sales, marketing, customer financing and the GFGH area in Mallorca. A mandatory requirement is fluent language skills in German, Spanish and English.
Interface between field sales, internal sales, GFGH and internal departments with an additional focus on marketing, social media and content creation

Sales & Back Office
- Operational support of sales
- Telephone and personal support of gastronomy, trade and GFGH customers
- Accompanying field sales on customer visits
- Quarterback function for all field sales staff
- Support in achieving the set target figures
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
- Maintenance and control of customer master data
- Creation and assignment of GFGH customers
- Promotional material orders and coordination

Office & Organizational Management
- Design and maintenance of the showroom / office rooms
- Analysis and optimization of work processes
- Structuring and increasing the efficiency of internal procedures
- Representation of team interests within the organization
- Management and control of all existing contracts

Customer Financing
- Preparation and updating of contracts
- Management and monitoring of loan slips
- Rebate agreements
- Billing of ongoing customer contracts
- Review of financing applications
- Control of indirect sales

Marketing & Social Media
- Responsibility for marketing & social media topics
- Creation & implementation of mailings
- Maintenance of social media channels
- Creation of photo & video content (reels, stories, videos)
