We are looking for support at our well-maintained apartment complex in Cala d'Or
Your responsibilities include:
• Overall responsibility for the operational processes and the management of the Parque Mar apartment
reception
• Personal point of contact for guests and co-owners, with close and service-oriented
contact
• Occupancy management: Strategically driving the booking of our apartments and
deluxe maisonettes
• Coordination with internal departments such as housekeeping, reception, kitchen, service and technical teams
• Support and involvement in creating social media content and marketing materials
• Complaint management and personally finding solutions for guest feedback
• Creating duty rosters for reception & night team, including vacation planning
• Training and onboarding of new staff in the front office
• Organization and execution of events
• Invoicing for co-owners and administrative tasks related to
bookings
• Weekend shifts are part of the position – you are present when our guests are there
