Single-storey finca built in 2003 with pool near Campos – Colonia St Jordi – close to the beach Es Trenc.

The low-maintenance garden has a large covered terrace with BBQ, parking and the view goes to the pool and the fields.

The modern furnished house of approx. 95 m2 living space and an adjoining neighbouring finca is in a quiet location and offers all comforts.

Premises: The 3 double bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people (including 1 with bathroom ensuite with shower / bathtub ) and 1 further complete bathroom with shower / tub is centrally located. The fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hobs and electr. Stove equipped.

Equipment: double glazing, 2 x AC ( hot – cold ) and 2 x electric heating, SAT TV, Internet Wi-Fi from 100 MB, baby cot, own water, GESA electricity. Towels, bed linen provided.

Miscellaneous: Pets are not allowed. Utilities Electricity per meter extra. Water, internet included. Minimum rental 2 months. October and March on request – at a different rental price. Commission depending on the length of stay.

Distances: 5 km to Es Trenc, 7 km to Campos and 45 km to Palma.
