Living-dining room, furnished and equipped fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hobs, fridge and microwave.
1 guest toilet with washing machine, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (both with fitted wardrobes) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Features: Grey ceramic tiled floors, single glazing, green aluminium blinds, satellite TV and Spanish channels, music tower with CD player, 300 MB internet connection via fibre optics, GESA electricity, mains water, ceiling fans, gas central heating and hot water via gas boiler. Miscellaneous: Bringing 1 pet - under your own responsibility - is allowed. Winter rental between November and March with 2 months minimum stay. 1 MM deposit and consumption of electricity and gas bottles extra. Commission depending on the length of stay.

Distances: Approx. 800 m to the coast and approx. 60 km. to Palma. Cala Murada is a coastal town where some basic services can be found - otherwise in the nearest nearby towns - in about 6 km.
