Craftsman & artist couple on partial pension looking for a new home in Mallorca

We (German couple, reliable, creative, calm) are looking for a finca or a country house/townhouse within a maximum of 40 minutes to Palma airport — preferably in need of renovation or with the charm of bygone times for long-term rent

We bring extensive experience in structural renovation, design and interior fittings and treat properties with care and affection.
Our goal: a long-term home on the island — not a holiday project, but a place to live and create.

We have sufficient and regular income (partial pension, ongoing contracts, our own company) and are happy to carry out small renovations or maintenance work ourselves.

Whether rental or purchase option, lease or right of residence with care — we are open to fair, cooperative solutions.
