German retiree seeking apartment in the greater Porto Cristo area IMMEDIATELY

We are urgently looking, with immediate move-in, for a small, pretty apartment for my mother-in-law in the greater Porto Cristo area +/- 10 KM radius on a long-term basis.
We are looking for an apartment with the following criteria:
Size approx. 50 - 70 sqm
Ground floor, max 1st floor (if there is an elevator, higher floors are also acceptable)
easily accessible without many stairs
sunny and bright - preferably with a balcony or small terrace
bathroom with walk-in shower - no bathtub

Rent max. 800.00 EUR
Start of tenancy immediately

We are only interested in a long-term rental on a fair basis (contract). My mother-in-law is a solvent, active retiree with a solid German pension income.
She is a positive, radiant, friendly person, lives quietly, does not bring a pet and loves flowers and plants.

My wife and I have lived in Porto Cristo for many years, we both have a steady income / job and have also lived for a long time in a nice apartment in the heart of PC with a positive reference from our landlord. We would now like her to live near us.
