I am temporarily looking for a holiday house or an apartment (min. 1 bedroom) in Mallorca for 3–4 months a year, for the months October to December and/or April/May each year, with heating or air conditioning (warm/cool), near Palma or in the surrounding area up to Santa Maria/Marratxi. The house should have a storage room so that small items for the next stay can be kept there. I can also gladly offer my lovely flat in Berlin in exchange.
